At Whitehaven Crystals, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, please read our returns policy below:

Change of Mind

  • We do not accept change of mind returns.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Email us at Admin@whitehavencrystals.com with your order number, photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Palo Santo, sage, or incense products

  • Earrings

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Crystal Variations

Please note that crystals are natural products. Variations in colour, shape, and size are normal and part of their unique charm. These are not considered faults.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at Admin@whitehavencrystals.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days.

*We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.*
